Beautiful You Mind, Body, and Soul, (MBS) is our non profit organization focused on providing free events inspiring kids, teens, and young adults on achieving their goals, learning about mental health, life skills, and most importantly self caring.

Beautiful You, MBS was created to help kids, teens, and young adults like ourselves have support, guidance, and confidence we wish someone would have taught us when we were young. Beautiful You, MBS is focused and dedicated to making sure we are bringing awareness to real concerns, supporting individuals in making a way for themselves, and knowing they have the confidence to achieve anything they set their heart to achieving.

Beautiful You, MBS is kicking off their first event called Teens with Dreams which is dedicated to building unity, confidence, and achieving your goals. Teens with Dreams age group is 12-18 years old. And talks with teens about life skills, mental health, goals, self-caring and more.
